Returns Policy

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your Fabriques order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased (if you bought the items in our Washington Retail Store).

What Items Can I Return?

We understand that sometimes a product doesn't work for you. As long as your item(s) were purchased from fabriques.co.uk or our Fabriques warehouse and are in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days. Exceptions include:

  • All fabrics must be in their original state (including packaging and fold).
  • Packaged products must be sealed in their original packaging.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Products in sealed packaging must be unopened and in perfect resalable condition.
  • Items with a final discount of 60% or more are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

This does not affect your statutory rights. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Items in unsuitable condition, including poor folds, will not be refunded. All items are inspected upon return.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds depend on the time taken by your chosen courier to return the items to us. We process returns within 7 days once they arrive at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

  • Refunds for orders paid with a gift card will be applied to the gift card first.
  • It can take up to 7 days for refunds to be processed from the date we receive your order, with an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refunds for returns to our Washington Retail Store are processed immediately.

Can I Combine Multiple Returns Into One?

No, we cannot process combined returns. Please send returns from different orders separately. Combining returns may cause errors in your refund. If you have sent multiple returns in one package, contact us with proof of return postage receipts.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Exchanges are currently available in the UK, including at our Washington Retail Store. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. We cannot pre-reserve items for exchange.

If an exchange cannot be processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Pop-Up Stores & Events Returns Policy

Returns from pop-up stores and events follow our usual returns policy. Contact us with your e-receipt to verify your purchase and initiate a return.

Cash purchases eligible for return can only be refunded as store credit in the form of an e-gift card. Card payments will be refunded to the original payment method upon proof of purchase.

A refund or store credit will be issued once we receive your return at our warehouse.
