At Fabriques, we really want you to be happy! That is why we would always suggest you to get a sample of the fabrics you are interested in. Just to avoid disappointments.
If you want to carry on with a return that follow these 3 easy steps:
- TELL US If you are not happy with the fabric you need to Contact Us within 7 working days of receipt of your order via e-mail at email@example.com (please include the reason why you want to return the fabric). You need to follow this process prior the dispatch of the fabrics.Once we accept the return we will email you our address.
- POST IT All you have to do at this point is repack the goods into the original packaging including the invoice or a photocopy of it. Post it! If you choose not to pay for tracked delivery the post office can release a proof of postage for free for you to keep. Bear in mind that we are not responsible for any lost parcel at this point. We don’t accept returns/refunds for samples.
- DONE Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, damaged or washed.AS SIMPLE AS THAT! ;)
