What Discounts Are Available at Fabriques?

We offer various discounts to our valued customers.

    UK

    • Student Discount - Students can get discounts using their Student ID, this needs to be sent via email for the code to be released.
    • NHS Discount - Discounts for those who work in NHS, the discounts are confirmed with NHS ID's and needs authenticated via email before the discount code is released.
    • Civil Services Discount - Discounts for Emergency Services, NHS, social care sector, and armed forces.

    Other Locations

    We partner with discount code providers in various regions. Check with your local providers for available Fabriques discounts.

    Can I Use a Trade Discount Code?

    At Fabriques we offer unique discount codes for customer in trade off full-priced items. This code is special for each trade account and is calculated with their previous orders in mind. To use a code:

    1. Visit your favourite Fabriques contact page .
    2. Obtain their discount code.
    3. Enter the code at checkout.

    Note: During sales, trade codes won't apply additional discounts.

    Discount codes cannot be combined.

    My Discount Code Isn't Working?

    If your discount code isn't working, try the following:

    • Ensure you are logged into your Fabriques account.
    • Check if the code is still valid.
    • Discount codes may not apply during sales periods.
    • Ensure you are entering the code correctly.

    If issues persist, contact us for assistance. We cannot apply discounts to already placed orders.

    Refunds When Using a Discount Code

    Refunds will be processed at the discounted price proportionally across all items in your order.

    There's a Queue at Checkout, Shall I Refresh the Page?

    If you encounter a queue, please do not refresh the page to avoid losing your place in line. Your patience is appreciated!

    Will There Be Restocks During the Sale?

    We will not restock items during the sale. Make sure to grab what you want as soon as possible.

    Shipping

    Will Express Shipping Be Available During the Sale?

    Express shipping will be available. The best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout.

    How Long Will Shipping Take Once I've Ordered?

    After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

    Orders

    Prep Your Order for a Faster Checkout

     Here's some need-to-knows to get prepped for the sale:

    • Log into your Fabriques Account & save your fave 'fits to your Wishlist for faster checkout.
    • Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout (stock sells out fast), so we'd recommend checking out instead.
    • If you know you'll be using a discount code at checkout, for example Student Beans, avoid the rush by grabbing your code and have it ready to use before the sale starts.
    • Exclusions apply on returns.
    • Items marked as Final Sale in stores are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit, so bear this in mind when choosing your favourite fabrics/yarns or any other products.

    I've Made a Mistake on My Order; Can I Change It?

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make any amendments. This includes:

    • Changing the item or size
    • Delivery/billing address
    • Adding/removing items to your order
    • Shipping method
    • Adding discounts or amending the price paid

    You may be able to amend your delivery address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye out for an email titled "Your Fabriques Order is on its way" containing your tracking link to know which courier your order will be delivered by.

    I've Changed My Mind; Can I Cancel My Order?

    As much as it saddens us that you might want to cancel your order, you're able to cancel your order within the first 15 minutes by locating the order either in your confirmation email, or in your account section, and hitting the 'Cancel Order' button.

    Once 15 minutes has passed the order can't be cancelled, however you can return/exchange the items once delivered.

    I've Placed Multiple Orders; Can I Combine Them?

    If you have placed multiple online orders, we'll to combine these; if placed within the dispatch time period. To know more about dispatch times please go to our delivery page. Keep an eye out for an email from each order titled "Your Fabriques order is on its way" containing your tracking links.

    I'm Missing Some Items in My Order...

    Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your online order may be dispatched in separate shipments, on different days. Don't worry, it's normal!
