Swimwear Prints

Swimwear prints bring the pattern to the pool — tropical florals, bold geometrics and vivid designs on proper four-way stretch swim fabric, chlorine-resilient and quick-drying like their plain siblings, but with the personality turned up.

Print does real work in swimwear: it flatters (busy patterns soften what solid colours spotlight), it hides wear, and it lets handmade swimwear look boldly boutique rather than apologetically homemade. Mix a print with a coordinating plain — printed top, plain bottoms — for the deliberate designer look.

Same rules as all swim fabric: lining underneath, stretch needle, giving stitches, swim-rated elastic, negative-ease fit. And sample first — print scale on a body differs from print scale on a screen, especially on smaller pieces.
