Mohair Knit elastane fabric is a knit jersey with mohair fibres and polyester. Mohair fibre, like wool, is composed chiefly of the protein substance keratin. Fibre structure is similar to that of wool. Although the epidermis has about half the number of scales found in fine wools. These scales lie flat unlike wool and hence the fibre surface is fairly smooth. Mohair knit fabric is used majorly in Loungewear making industries. The "Fur" is ultra soft to touch and sits comfortably on the skin.
