Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 working days. Every order is cut, checked and packed at our Washington (UK) studio before dispatch. Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Monday.
United Kingdom Delivery
FREE tracked shipping on all orders over £50.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — from £3.99 (large letter) / £4.25 (parcel), typically 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — from £4.25 (large letter) / £4.99 (parcel), typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Fabric samples — from £1.49 (Royal Mail 48) or £1.99 (Royal Mail 24)
We ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
European Union
We ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Croatia, Luxembourg and Monaco.
- Express International — €12.00, FREE on orders over €75
- Romania — Standard £20.00 / Express £40.00
No surprise fees: for EU orders up to €150, all taxes are collected at checkout — there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For orders above €150, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority.
United States
Express International — £25.00, typically 5–10 working days after dispatch. Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Every parcel is sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
